Junior Football

The Junior section of the Club is looking as strong as ever. We have entered four Under 10 teams, four Under 12 teams, four Under 14 teams and three Under 16 teams in the EDFL Competition in 2011. Team entries will not be finalised until late March.

The 2011 Season kicks off on Sunday, 10 April 2011. The Club proposes that each team will play practice matches on the two preceding weekends. Details of practice matches and training arrangements are included elsewhere.

Our First and Second level Junior teams will play on the main oval at the Greenvale Recreation Reserve. However, until the main oval is ready for play, the First and Second level teams will play on the second oval at the Reserve.

Our Third and Fourth level teams will play at Bradford Avenue or, in the event that Bradford Avenue becomes unsuitable, our Third and Fourth level teams will play at Ginifer Reserve in Gladstone Park.

If we gain the full use of the Main oval by mid-Season, we are hopeful that we can play the Third and Fourth level teams at the Second oval.
